You are responsible for sharing the FUSIAN story, providing genuine hospitality to every guest and consistently serving a quality product.

Salary: $13.50 - $17.50 per hour

To succeed as a team member at FUSIAN, you must be a team player, willing to get your hands dirty, and want to create a world class experience for every guest.

• Provide not just good, but great, customer service to every guest
• Maintain cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms and storage areas
• Maintain full awareness of the menu, including ingredients, assembly, sides and drinks

General Manager

As the general manager, you are the executive officer of your restaurant; you run the "four walls" of your restaurant as if it's your own business. You are responsible for building and leading our team, while facilitating a world-class environment that offers genuine hospitality to all team members and all customers.

As GM you will develop strategies that involve creative problem-solving, pro-active planning, and measurements to motivate our team through "kaizen" (continuous daily improvement). You are expected to create a restaurant culture of excitement, positivity, and optimism. You are the captain of the ship, and lead by example to create an environment of inclusion and driven success.

As a leader, you set clear expectations, provide effective training while being an encouraging mentor to all team members along the way, and ensure our team members have measurable goals. We provide you the tools to meet all goals and expectations set. The ability to understand that the key to success are your people, both team members and customers, is of the utmost importance!

You’ll be the primary communicator to your team and lead the organization of our restaurant. Your success is our success! You will shape team dynamics and initiate team building, while working with FUSIAN to create meaningful relationships through leadership, development, hospitality management, and community engagement.

Salary: $65,000 per year + bonus

assistant general Manager

As an assistant general manager you will be responsible for daily operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, making sure that we have the team that we need to achieve, creating and following a shift plan, and leading your team through all food preparation and cleaning tasks.

You will provide daily communication to reinforce top priorities of the day and week. You will run detail-oriented shifts overseeing the food quality, hospitality and overall team member and customer satisfaction.
This is your chance to further develop and enhance your leadership abilities as an asset to our team. You’ll work directly with your General Manager and team members to ensure effective work practices at FUSIAN.

Salary: $45,000 per year + bonus
